Michael Dyatchenko founded Blue Harbour with a focus on quality to be the McKinsey of data science consulting firms.

 

As an optimizer and problem-solver, Michael sees business as games and math problems to solve with business functions.

 

In the rise of data science, Michael set himself apart with both business and technical expertise. This gave him a unique insight into the roles of strategy, people, process, and technology in data.

 

His expertise helps him create more success than an ordinary business or technical consultancy. He stands out by getting to the root of problems faster and considers more solutions.

Michael brings rich and diverse experiences as an investor & advisor. For example, he led as a COO and CDO in e-commerce, built core finance systems for Canada's largest infrastructure project, and in his 20s taught data analytics and AI at the Master's level.

 

When he is not working, he is climbing mountains around the world and pushing his limits on a bike.
